SHIPPING

At Asturcilla, we ship across mainland Spain using specialized transport companies to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition

  • Delivery time: up to 5 business days from the order confirmation date.
  • Order preparation: all orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are prepared and shipped the same business day.
  • Tracking: you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facilities.
  • Shipping cost: calculated automatically at checkout and may vary depending on destination and volume. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.

We do not currently ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

RETURNS

We want you to fully enjoy our products. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any error, please contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt.

  • Damaged product: if any jar arrives broken or defective, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Incorrect order: if you receive a product that does not match your purchase, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind once the order has been shipped.
